RDM-57

The First Kinetically Stabilized PDW Platform for the Ruger-5.7

Engineered for high-cadence zero retention. The Raptor's precision V-Block locks your Ruger-5.7 in place, so your optic stays true through thousands of rounds and extreme temperatures. No re-zeroing. No doubts. Just performance.

A structural interface platform that stabilizes the Ruger-5.7 while maintaining optical alignment and mechanical independence.

The Problem

Why Traditional Pistol Chassis Systems Fail

01

Frame Flex

Polymer frame torsion shifts optics under recoil, degrading zero retention across firing cycles.

02

Slide Drag

Direct slide-to-chassis contact introduces friction, reliability issues, and accelerated component wear.

03

Mechanical Play

Accessory shells introduce tolerance stack-up, compromising platform rigidity and repeatability.

The Raptor Solution

Engineered to Solve Every Failure Mode

Each critical failure point in traditional chassis systems is addressed with a purpose-built engineering solution.

Problem
Raptor Solution
Frame Flex
Monolithic Aluminum Spine

Rigid platform isolates optical zero from frame-induced torsion.

Slide Drag
0.015" Kinetic Halo

Precision clearance mitigates mechanical contact between slide and chassis.

Mechanical Play
Cam-Lock V-Bedding

Zero-tolerance engagement eliminates tolerance stack-up at the interface.

The Kinetic Spine

The Raptor Kinetic Spine

A monolithic structural interface that isolates the optic system from the host firearm, maintaining alignment under recoil and thermal expansion.

Deployment

How It Works

Two-step mechanical engagement. No tools required. Sub-60 second deployment.

01

Step 1: Align

Position the Ruger-5.7 into the Raptor chassis. The self-centering V-Block interface aligns and seats the host firearm. Rear Cam-Lock Lever [18] in upright/open position.

02

Step 2: Stabilize

Rotate the Cam-Lock Lever [18] to the flush/horizontal position. The lever engages the cam surface, drawing the V-Block tight and locking the kinetic spine into zero-tolerance bedding.
